2. What this website does and does not do

gtn-gruppe.de is a purely informational website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, embeds no third-party services and contains no forms. Your chosen grey level is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is never transmitted. The fonts are hosted on our server; no connection to Google or other font providers is made.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (registered in the USA, hosting region EU). When the site is accessed, technically necessary server log files are recorded: shortened IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser and operating system information. This data serves stable operation and defence against attacks and is deleted after a short time. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR are in place for the transfer to Vercel.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering). We store the data as long as required for processing and beyond that only within statutory retention periods. Our email communication runs via Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). Details are given in the privacy policy of GTN Energie.
